Ashya Walden is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Education Specialist
dedicated to helping people be their best. Her path to Fresh Essence LLC started as a
teenager, when she discovered her desire to own a private practice. In April of 2020, Fresh
Essence LLC opened its doors, years after her education in medical science, dietetics,
organizational management and diabetes management.
